Extreme caution still triggers when doing nothing

Bumping up this thread as someone seems to have actually found the solution, I'll be sharing it here.

Basically, it's not the targeting but the auto-face.
When you cast and stop moving your character will keep following the target and "move", going left or right.

I guess it can still count as a bug, our character should not follow a target they're not targeting.
