    interesting. if the block rate is actually half decent that could be rather impressive.

    edit:- while there a definite improvement in block rate i find out manaouver still sucks in regard to mp. i ran into natalan and got a few of the mobs to beat me up and got less than 50mp from outmanouver in the whole 30 seconds.
