Not receiving preorder bonuses

Apologies if this is in the wrong spot! I'm just a little worried and paranoid.

I'm a ps4 player and I've preordered the Endwalker CE. Everywhere I've ready says I should be getting a minion and special earrings as a bonus. I preordered midday saturday, so approximately 48 hours ago.

Checking through PSN shows I did successfully complete the preorder and it is attached to my PSN account. But no bonuses have arrived and the mogstation doesn't seem to recognize that I did the preorder.

Did I do it wrong?

Replying because Reddit gave me my answer and it is not fairly obvious for PS4 players:

You must log out completely, not just logging out to the Shadowbringers screen, but to the launcher on the PS4. From there it will automatically bring up the option to attach the preorder to your account.
