The information in the system report shows there is an Intel(R) UHD Graphics Family chip listed as a secondary graphics card. Unfortunately, we do not support Intel(R) UHD Graphics Family chips for FINAL FANTASY XIV. Please ensure the primary NVIDIA card is always enabled and the device is not switching to the Intel card to conserve power.
