    I apologize for the delay in our response to your concern. Could you try using a registry cleaner such as CC cleaner? It would run through the PC and remove files that may have been left behind by installations and other activity on the PC. In addition is the PC connected directly to the router?

    No worries, and yes I have tried those, it didn't help with the problem.
