On top this, the community has taken a turn for the worse ever since Shadowbringers. Don't get me wrong, all games have a toxic population of users, but ever since we became the top selling MMMORPG, we have inherited a lot of negativity. I miss the days before Shadowbringers a lot, because people definitely weren't as bad to each other as they can be now.

Nah, it hasn't changed much since ARR. There has always been toxic individuals. They just tend to be more passive aggressive than outright hostile. Is the game more popular now? Of course. And with that comes a bit larger of a pool of players to be grouped with. Some of those are going to be bad apples, but most of them are not. At the end of the day though, nothing has really changed. In my experience (and in the experience of many others) this community is pretty dang friendly, and arguably too understanding sometimes. The forums though...that's a mixed bag to put it mildly. At this point I think some people like myself are just 100% done with peoples' crap. lol If you are having so many issues regularly...well, some self reflection might be in order. I don't know you, and quite frankly I don't follow your activity on the forums one bit, but it's not hard to put two and two together just in this thread alone. I've seen this before. I don't want to be quoted for profanity and risk being reported, so I will just say this...Lanadra above summed things up perfectly.
