A fatal DirectX error has occurred (11000002)

Hi,

I have tried to log in repeatedly but face issues with the following DirectX error code below + some errors that I dont really understand fully

For the first error, I tried to roll back the Graphics Driver + use DirectX 9 instead of DirectX11 but it doesnt seem to have gone away.

Please advise and let me know if more info is needed.

Same issue here. 6700xt. Never had any issue with my 1070 ti before. Any chance you're also playing borderless? I hate fullscreen, but never had either errors appear with it. Could be a coincidence though.

Does this crash happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Where in game does the crash occur? Also could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
