    Unable to enter item code from butterfingers! No option to anywhere in my account!

    I got a code by email for the butterfingers mount but I am UNABLE to enter it in on the Square Enix website! There is NO option to enter it ANYWHERE that I can find!

    The instructions that came with the code are 100% false! I am at the "Your account" screen but there is NO "Enter Item Code" ANYWHERE in the "your account" section whatsoever!

    I tried basically EVERY link on that page whether it made sense or not and there is NO option to enter the code ANYWHERE!


    Does anybody know what the problem could be and why I am NOT allowed to enter the code?
