Why was my Zurvan card taken away from me? :(

Zurvan is my favorite primal and I MADE SURE that I got the card. I had the Zurvan card for quite a while now but when I tried to make a deck and I wanted the card in the deck, I found that it would NOT let me add it. and when I check my card list, his slot is empty EVEN THOUGH I had it before.

I DID NOT obtain the card by any illegal means whatsoever so why was it taken away from me? I received absolutely NO notification or anything that it was removed from my card list.

I am 100% sure that I already had the card because I MADE sure that I got it! He is my favorite primal so the Zurvan card was a priority.

And apparently I am also NOT allowed to earn it back. Been doing 20+ Zurvan extreme runs daily with no card drop. Other people in the party manage to accumulate five cards on average by the 20th run. NOTHING for me. Obviously I lost the ability to get the card back.

Why would the card be taken away? Who can I contact or whatever to find out why it was taken away from me and ask if I can get it returned to me

Do you really think SE has the budget to pay someone to take away specific Triple Triad cards from their players?

The cards were sorted new in the menu a while ago. So either you can't find it anymore or you never had it.
