Hi all

My game launcher is super slow... i mean it takes 2 mins just to get to login screen and another good 30 seconds to log in.

What's worst most of the time I can't even get the game to start, it simply pops up an error message in japanese (my language setting is in english) and it simply crashes together with the launcher. I tried both direct x9 and 11. this is the error screen i get

Also if sometimes i manage to get the game to load when i teleport back to bigger cities it can also randomly crash.

The PC can't be a problem, it's more than capable of running teh game. It's a 3090 kingping with a core i9 9900K and 16 gb ram, 1000 PSU and it runs all other, more demanding games comfortable at 4K.

Would appreciate and help or suggestions, really love the game but it's frustrating to loose half an hour trying to get it to run with multiple reboots and 10 mins / attempt for hoping to get it to load.
