Chat Log Lagging

Hello,

I'm reporting an issue with the chat logs lagging frequently for both my and my wife's computers. The game seems to run fine without any lagging or disconnecting but regularly our chat log will display a bunch of messages all at once that had been sent sometimes up to a minute before receipt. This issue seems to have started with the first 5.5 patch. Below is some technical information that may be helpful in diagnosing this issue.

Location: California USA
ISP: Comcast Xfinity
Data Center: Light
Server: Lich

I know I'm playing on an EU server but have been playing on Lich since 2015 and this issue didn't start until 5.5. Any assistance would be appreciated! I'm fairly tech savvy so if there are router configurations I need to do, I'm happy to test them.

Not yet. Hopefully somebody else can provide info. Are you connecting to an EU server as well from NA? Who is your ISP?
