Nowhere else do people expect duty finder runs to be efficient farms. You don't farm dragons or dogs in duty finder. You are not going to farm DR quickly in duty finder. End of story.

Carrying implies I would not even clear without you, if you and all your other pals who love to always use an essence never que'd and it was just me and my non essence friends... Guess what!? Nah, carrying is when one or more person put in a disproportionate amount of work compared to the rest of their party. If person A does 3k but person B does 13k and theyre on the same job, person A is on B's back.

Longer runs also increase the chances of wipes btw.

If they can get through the content with that little dps, which they could seeing as people were clearing DR without essences at the beginning.. no you are not carrying. If you were the difference between a clear or wipe then sure you are carrying. But you're not. A longer run does not on it's own increase the likelihood of a wipe either. If people are not bothering potting but still know all the mechanics they have to go through.. there won't be a wipe you will just take a bit longer. If someone says "I carried x through savage" It implies they would NEVER have cleared it without you. Oh this person just got carried through savage they couldn't have done it otherwise, i.e. if everyone played like that they would not have cleared.

Faster runs absolutely do lessen the likelihood of wipes, it's simple maths and why you get PFs with ilvs much higher than necessary for harder content: you see less mechanics, people have less time to make raid-ending mistakes, healers are less likely to run out of resources, and the longer a fight lasts the more people will tire which also adds to the likelihood of mistakes happening.
It's more severe in expert+ content but the principle applies to all content in the game.

Using duty actions is hard on a Ps4 controller. I have to change to the touch pad mouse and click it, and if you've never used it before you have no idea how difficult it is. I wish they would add an easier way to do this. OP we aren't trolling, its just next to impossible for us to use them.

It is not hard at all on ps4, you do not have to use the touch pad.

R1+R3 for Duty Action 1, L1+L3 for Duty Action 2, no need to use the touch pad.
