Error 90002 when logged on different datacenters

Hello! As I have found no real answer for this elsewhere, I will ask here.

When logging on two different datacenters through the same account, after roughly ten minutes, the first client I have opened will experience error 90002 and then boot me out of the game by giving error 5003. This occurs when opening two clients on the same computer, and I have no means to test logging on different machines.

In case of possible misunderstandings, I will reiterate: this practice is different than attempting to log on the same datacenter, which would immediately disconnect/kick the first login instance. The game lets me log in just fine. But a disconnect will eventually occur for the first client opened.

I have tried several solutions posted for error 90002, but it persists.
This leads me to ask: Is this done by design (i.e. the game will detect two logins even if they are on different datacenters)? Or is it an issue on my end?

    Thank you in advance.
