Game Audio/Sound Effects Bugged? Game audio changed after patch.

Recently my sound effects for selling to an npc was different. It sounds more bouncy and the sound effect of dragging the skill to the same place is also different. It's like a "clink" ??? I've never heard these sound effects before and I was hoping that I can set it back to original default but that's not the case? I don't see an option for this.

Maybe I've accidentally pressed a button but I'm not sure. Anyone had this issue before or did SE just change the sound effects and these are the default sound effects?

I've uninstalled and reinstalled my game already which took quite some time.
