    [PS5] Game crashed in Rhalgr's Reach and can't log back in

    Edit: found a support Notice saying to reboot entire PS5 then log back in and, if that doesn't work, to reinstall PS4 version and log in. Trying that now.

    So, an "unexpected error occurred" while I was in Rhalgr's Reach and now I can no longer log into the game. It just sits at the loading screen (with the delivery moogle bouncing up and down in the corner) forever.

    Is there a fix to this? Can a GM just move my character?
