    Unable to log into the toxen app "Square Enix ID, DoB, and Passwords do not match"

    I am trying to enable 2FA on my account but the Token app refuses to accept my information. I was told to download the token app and log in and it will enable one time password but It keeps saying that my information is incorrect

    I am able to log into the forums, Lodestone, Mogstation, Companion App, and EVERY other Square Enix service in existence with the SAME username and password but the Token App WILL NOT accept this information!

    I KNOW that my password is indeed CORRECT! I CAN SEE IT, it DOES NOT block it out for some reason.

    I am entering my date of birth correctly and and in the correct format, and verified that the date is indeed correct on my account

    But the app says that it does not match! Does anybody know what the problem could be?

    It's not asking for YOUR password, it's asking for the password it emailed you.

    When you started setting up the security token it sent an email to the address you have registered with a subject of "Square Enix Account - Software Token Registration Password".

    Inside that email there is a 24 digit number labeled "Registration password". That's what it is expecting you to type in and why it's not working.
