These other summoners are enabling Dreadwyrm Trance and summoning Bahamut AFTER I do so their cooldown to get Phoenix out should end AFTER mine does. However, these other summoners are able to get Phoenix out upwards of 20 seconds before my Trance cooldown ends.

These summoners seem to be using some kind of cheat or exploit to either remove or reduce the cooldown timer on their Trance. There should be absolutely no way that they could summon Phoenix 20 seconds before my cooldown ends when they used the Trance action several seconds AFTER I did. My Bahamut was CLEARLY out first so my Phoenix should be out before their cooldown ends.
Uh... what? Sorry I'm kind of confused here. I use SMN on a regular basis...

So you know Bahamut/Phoenix timers are individual yeah? I've held onto my Bahamut about 20-30 seconds after DWT, popped Bahamut out, exhausted the timer and was immediately able to summon Phoenix. If I don't hold onto Phoenix then it's a 20 second CD until I can use Phoenix otherwise. I've been able to pop them back to back during certain conditions (usually me just forgetting to pop Baha after DWT)

Also, Bahamut is usually readily available after DWT timers are run out. I don't understand your complaint/report. If how you're describing it is what I think, that's not a cheat/bug/exploit. That's just holding out on timers.
