No it does not. Even with a PS5 and the latest Sony TV or any monitor that supports 120fps, you cannot play in 4k 120fps on the PS5. Maybe in a update later down the line.
From what I gather, yes it's running on "Maximum" settings on ps5.
Unless you have an RTX 3080 or higher you will not achieve 120fps @ 4k on PC. And I cannot even count the number of people who have or able to buy RTX 3080 or higher graphics cards. Morever, 120fps @ 4k isn't worth it unless you have a 120Hz or higher 4K monitor; you're looking at $800+ for such a monitor. It's a very rare situation where people have the hardware to run this game at 120fps @ 4k.
Furthermore, an update will not allow ps5 to run the game at 120fps at 4K. Its graphics card is as good as the average PC gamer, somewhere around a 2080 GTX (nvidia). A 2080 GTX could only really handle sub 80fps @ 4k.
So currently the game isn't running on the same current max settings of PC on the PS5?
From where do you know?
EDIT: I need to note, I'm not asking about the FPS. I'm asking if it is using the max setting available for the PC version.

It looks as good as the pc version can look without mods/filters. Yes all the graphics features are supported
If both versions have the same settings, then yes, PS5 can run everything max.
I play on PS5 with a 4K TV and can say there are graphical settings that allow the game to operate at a higher level than the PS4 version of the game allowed. However the options will also be greyed out if the game doesn't detect that you're connected to a TV that will actually display the graphics. I've never played on PC to be able to make a comparison beyond this.
idk why people want to play 4k when this game is in serious need of some AA. Lets get that first then lock 60fps 1440p as a baseline. The ps4pro option via backwards compatible actually was more or less locked to 60 while on the PS5 version there's frame stuttering. Obviously PC's can meet this but the PS5 version feels unoptimized, hence the issues after it went out of beta a week ago.
There's 1080p/60fps, 4k/30, and something in-between that's 1440p/60 i guess, in case you don't have 4k or something.idk why people want to play 4k when this game is in serious need of some AA. Also, doesn't 4K automatically reduce pixel size, reducing edges?
The problem is that no matter what you do to low resolution textures/low polygon count visuals, it'll still look low quality. Think of games on ps2 and playing them on a 1080p tv, the low resolution textures and low polygon get more exposed. Sure you'll get better anti-aliasing (non-choppy edges) but there are exponentially better ways to handle choppy edges that don't require us spending $800+ on a computer monitor.
