The ARR Relic questline was all fun and games... until those stupid BOOKS...

I'm gonna be real; those "Books" have broken my will to go on. Those things are just SO monotonous, not to mention having to complete them all separately.

Those books broke my will and caused me to take a break from the game, not once, but TWICE over the length of a single relic weapon.

Thing is, the ARR relic weapons have been nerfed as far as they ever will. Remove the books and some other part will be the worst, and people will complain about that. Yes, slippery slope argument, but you know in your heart it is true.

Though... I'd reduce it to three that are paired with the weapon's mainstat, rater then 3 for every stat related to the weapon, if I was going to adjust it.

I wish they'd let you take all the books at once instead of going back and forth. It certainly killed my enthusiasm to get any more relics after the first.

I can't even remember what you're talking about. I have removed all memories of relic grinding up to Bozja. That's how much I hated them. And now it's all over.

I'm on this step as well and it's not too bad. The main part that kills me is farming specific fates. Getting a specific fate to pop is one of the least fun things SE has ever invented.

As in, the same amount of tasks overall divided across less books? Because I can't see anyone doing more than they have to.
