Minor correction on this point, but once you get past floor 100, Palace of the Dead has, in my experience at least, a 100% drop rate for memories.

That being said, I do think that it wouldn't be too big an ask for them to adjust this step, especially given the raw emotions others mentioned you get from the content are more than the timeworn artifacts. Getting two per Delubrium Reginae run wouldn't be too big an ask.

In my experience, hitting 101+ every 10 floors was always an artifact drop. Problem there, though, was it requires a committed group to go over floor 100
