Can't speak for Primal but Crystal is even worse.

You'd have to play on JP Datacenters, and avoid Elemental specifically, to have a better experience. And even then it's not fool-proof, just that they're raised in a culture of respecting other people's time so there are far less openly entitled players there in my exp.

Yeah you go to Aether to get away from Crystal. That's its own beast though.
