No, 100% is showing up to the thing I queued for and playing to 100% of my present capability. Me doing additional work outside of what I queued for to provide additional boosts to the run is what's generally referred to as working overtime.

Showing up is part of it, obviously; can't do anything if you're not there. Then playing as well as you can is the rest of it.

If I don't need pencils or books to do what I need in class then I probably won't bring them. I certainly don't need essences in DRN.

Do not have time to farm Essences but have time to sit in a 45 min DR if people do not use Essences.

Let us be real sure it may not be your intent to be carried and in the grand scheme you do not care I get that and I can respect that. Though intent be damned if your group is using essences and you are not let us be they carried you to that quicker clear time.
