I know it falls on deaf ears a few years ago as I was learning had a person use a parser to make fun of me in a raid back in SB. Of course nothing happened as always. People just turn a blind eye.
So just say you don't have them and cba grinding for them. I use them when I have them. And I am not all that bothered about the fights going as fast as possible, there are party finder groups to run full essence anyway. You can literally report people if they are harassing you about doing anything in this game. If it bugs you enough, report them. SE don't do nothing about it, have u seen how many "idk why I am in jail" posts there have been? They jus wont tell you if they have actioned an account for privacy reasons. If you like a more chill playstyle you do you. 99% of people I meet in this game are perfectly nice and the one's that are not I report for whatever shenanigans they are up to.

That being said, each individual person suggesting to use an essence is not necessarily in malice. I hated Eureka and I didn't know which essences to use for Bozja at first, I wouldn't use them because I thought like a pot they would have a timer. I was informed otherwise so I use em more often now but I am saving some for savage. You might get sick of hearing the same stuff but remember these people are not trying to make u an elite most likely, they are just trying to help YOU and themselves.
