I wish they could figure out what makes them tick and keep making miniscule modifications to the game's coding to throw them off on a regular basis.

It depends on your server. You're on Odin, that server is full. They can't make new chars there. On smaller servers, there are still some of them.

Yup. Mateus is still pretty open, so they've got no problem spamming business as usual.

They need to remove /say from trial accounts. They already can't use shout, yell or tell.

Some quests require use of /say, and I believe some of the early ones at that. They'd have to change the way quests work if they took /say away from them. Plus, how would genuine new players communicate?
