9S Glam

I don't know if this has been asked before, but how come we didn't get a 9S glam?
We got his hair and minion but not the glam, which I wanted since the first nier raid.

Is it because no one requested it, or something else?
It's really upsetting.

There's an armor set in Copied Factory that closely resembles 9S' outfit. There's only 2 caveats though: 1. It's just the one armor set so it's job-locked and 2. only shows up like 9S' outfit on male characters.

Apparently the development team forgot that there's a sizeable portion of players in this game who don't care for 2B, let alone the idea of dressing up as her.

It's a shame, since it isn't as if the Nier and Drakengard games are lacking in male characters to base glamour off of but it just didn't seem to be a priority for some bizarre reason.

The female set in copied factory also closely resembles 2B’s outfit though....I've seen the excuse a lot by people of, "oh the copied factory set looks kinda like his so thats why they didnt give it." Going by that logic we shouldn't have gotten the 2b coffer since her gear is also the copied factory gear.

This is my biggest complaint of the entire Nier raid series tbh. Doesn’t fit in with 14 lore? That’s fine i can overlook that. What i can’t overlook is them giving us a feminine outfit and not giving us a male equivalent to it. This entire raid series has just felt like they're pushing all the female stuff from nier and not giving us what little of the male stuff there is. Even the final raid gear, some of it looks very feminine. We couldn't have gotten Adam's outfit or something? All i wanted was the 9S glam and they couldn’t even deliver on that

Well the fact is, if you search Nier Automata on google pictures, you mostly get 2B, 1A comes to second and 9s is barely visible.
That is just how thing is.

Really wish they would stop with gender-locking, including different variants between male and female.

When i get a pair of pants, i expect a pair of pants. Not a gods damned skirt.

"But development time!" The only notable change they got to make to armor between the sexes is a bikini for bare chested ones, that's all.
"But what about small adjustments to make the armor look good on all races!" What adjustments? Look at a piece of armor when equipped on a huyr male and then a miqote or aura female, especially armor with shoulder-pads. Notice anything peculiar? Oversized and floating shoulder-pads.

Oh and more skirts for males! Plenty of robes and half-robes but very few skirts...

One do have to remember though that to unlock a gender-locked gearpiece is that the skeletons between male and female can vary and that has to be taken into consideration due to potentional clipping and pixel being streched out.
I know this is a very picky example. But seeing how SE has already stated as of why they don't, as an example, want to add a bigger butt option (yes, that has been a big topic for a long time) is due to streching.
Not sure if that's the only reason. But it is the one they brought up afaik.
And new hair (viera comes in mind) they've also mentioned clipping as a major issue as of why it's taking so long.
So just looking at those statements about other things I can almost certainly bet that would be a reason why making more gear unisex an issue.

I understand being disappointed, but the way I see it the 2B outfit itself was an extra bonus outside the scope of what alliance raids normally give anyway. So a lot of the complaining to me comes across as 'why didn't we get a SECOND bonus glamour set outside the scope of what alliance raids have ever given in past expansions?'

Why would waiting for the final raid have helped anything or freed up art resources to somehow get in another outfit?
