My personal has a clinic on Mateus, LB, ward 17, p51 that has a personal living area with a kitchen upstairs but it isn't anything special. Our FC is at Shiro ward 21 p43 though if you want to take a look. The FC house is a bit sparse upstairs; haven't really decided what to do with it yet but the open FC rooms are all different styles of yurts if you're into that.
