That quote from Hyperia highlights the absolute failure of PvP Feast rewards. The devs have desperately been trying to convince people to give it a go yet it remains on life support. Why? Because people think they have no shot at scoring top 100, thus the carrot isn't appealing. It's the same with the Hairstyle, though it being sellable sort of made it manageable.

Oddly enough that could be smoothed over if they put old season reward up for purchase via the wolf collar system.
