DX 11 crash when opening Gathering Log

I want to reiterate the steps needed to replicate the crash, 100% of the time for any developer watching this:

1. Open Gathering Log.
2. In Gathering Log, navigate to a page displaying items collected in the Diadem.
3. Fully close the Gathering Log.
4. Reopen the Gathering Log. Crash.

This did not happen before 5.55 patch, to my knowledge.

I can confirm that I was getting this issue regardless of zone and only if I was opening the gathering logs to check spawn timers. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling as well as the other fixes mentioned by forum staff.

What I had to do to bypass the crash was to not utilize the keyboard shortcut. I had to go to the menu manually.

I've personally tried making sure no other applications were running, and that graphics settings were set to minimum. Of course, I haven't tried it with DirectX11 disabled, however that would defeat the point of trying to quash this bug. I have had several other people recreate this crash on different systems, some on console (though I'm not sure how their error messages look like, they didn't say). I invite you moderators and/or developers to try on your own games. I bet if you follow the steps I've laid out in my posts and video, you will encounter the same crash.

Same here, the game crashed randomly when I tried to toggle the gathering log. It's a new problem since 5.55. I haven't installed anything new on my laptop for a while, definitely not since 5.55 launched. I didn't overclock my CPU, not using any mods, all drivers up-to-date.
