Heyo! This actually happened to me about 2 months ago. XIV is very system usage heavy, so whenever something internal is failing using XIV will exacerbate it. I was getting BSODs, etc etc. Everything else *seemed* to be running just fine, but typically if you're getting constant BSODs (even if it's only with one program) it means something's failing internally. With the BSOD error you're getting, I'd try underclocking your GPU (https://www.wepc.com/how-to/underclock-gpu/) and if that doesn't work, try completely uninstalling windows and reinstalling it (without saving any files to the PC itself, so try and nab a flashdrive to save important information.)
