God no. The simple solution is to join a group I found that partying up it greatly increases your chances of NOT getting silver medals. And like someone else said the fates respawn so fast it's not to much of an issue. My biggest fret is that CE's don't spawn enough because of the silly hidden requirement

I was getting silver medals even when I'm in a party because we were doing a CE and by the time I did a hit on the fate boss it already died. If the HP was doubled everyone would of gotten the mettle.
