Ok. Your "a relocator doesn't give us an open plot to camp" comment doesn't make much sense then. Since a relocator does leave an open plot. They reset the timer, yes.

Your suggestion would mean the relocator still has the option to reset the timer, but only after a delay of many hours. So the process would be largely unchanged, but slowed down for everyone. This would lead to many extra hours of placard clicking, as compared to what currently happens. Don't love the current system, but this suggestion is a downgrade.
