It's a multiplayer game. You're vying for a first time house. The current rules of the game say that you can only choose a house that relocators have rejected. Relocators accepted the plot you were at, so you move to the next. You're entitled to be annoyed at the rule or the people that made it. But the relocator? They are just playing ff14, like you.

I think it's greedy and rude, and you're not going to convince me otherwise I guess some people were never taught to share.
