or remove the relo mechanic from the game and force people that want to move to release the old house and fight for the new one.

Either way, the relo housing mechanic needs to go.

It is more than enough that people are required to do this once, first just try to get any house you can, and one day the house you want will be free and you can get it if youre fast enough.
