The skirmish An End to Atrocities is terrible to get to. If I'm anywhere other then it I usually don't get there in time, if I sit there and try to pop it myself I'm not getting mettle.

That one takes a long time to spawn and it takes only a minute to go down. If one is not exactly there, there's very little chance to get there in time. ������

This is kind of a problem with Bozja in general.

I think they should let you build notoriety from killing magitek mobs or something to actually encourage people to spawn CEs instead of just waiting for someone else to do it.

I really like the idea of adding notoriety system for the drop rate, the more you kill the mob, the higher the chance. Let it accumulate over time.
Some form of progress, not just RNG as it is now.
