The Lodestone has a Community Finder that is great for searching for the right FC. If you look under Community and Community Finder on the main page of the Lodestone, then select the server you want, you'll see all kinds of FC listings that are recruiting. You can read through each one and see what they are all about. Makes it easy to find one that closer suits your needs than just joining one at random.
