(PS5) My character got stuck in 人形タチノ軍事基地

I was doing the weekly collect mission in the map 人形タチノ軍事基地.
After I collected 2 required items, I logged out since my network was down.
Then I restarted my game, chose my character and loaded back to the map,
I found the loading screen continued to load for more than 20 minutes and kept loading
(but screen did not freeze, the mail mog kept bouncing at bottom-right corner.)

The issue was sustained for more than 12 hours, and I had tried reinstalling the whole in my PS5 but the condition did not change.

Please help move my character outside the map, as I think it might be a bug on PS5 when returning to the map.

Condition solved by logging in with PS4.
I consider it a issue only on PS5, please fix it soon!
