My character is not on Lodestone

No its a bug when the character transferred servers it didn't register in the lodestone so the character data will show what was there at the time of the transfer.

You could create a character with the same name and it will appear twice in the lodestone even though it shouldn't be possible.

The character page link on lodestone will never change with a server transfer so the one linked to mogstation is the correct page for your character its just bugged out somehow not sure who you would need to contact to fix it though.

I think you are right. It seems to be that from the few people this has happened to they performed a world transfer from one DC to another DC (not just world to world, within the same DC).

My Mogstation list of characters still shows both "Mister Jingles@Phoenix" and "Mister Jingles@Brynhildr" but both of the hyperlinks go back to the Phoenix page.

Add me on Brynhildr if you don't believe me. I even have my own FC with housing. One of my earlier posts was a link to a picture of my character profile and the homeworld server as Brynhildr.

this has been a bug since ARR if i recall, and i've never seen anyone find a solution for it. my only suggestion is to call or email support and be pushy, but your only solution might be to just recreate your character. you shouldn't have any issues buying things from the mogstation, however, so your character not showing up on lodestone might be annoying, but it shouldn't effect your character

I had never thought of trying this! I brought up my FC (Brynhildr "FFXIV Pals") sure enough. The good news is is FC shows up! The bad news is my Mister Jingles doesn't even show up on the list of members....

Try a character rank change in the FC, it maybe can force update the lodestone. It can take a few hours to display but it worth tryin'
