Bought endwalker as guest

Hey there - I bought the Endwalker expansion as guest on the SEstore.
After some hassle because is preordered two times (my fault, thought because no money was withdrawn, I did something wrong)
Now I've been waiting since 15.5 for the Preorder code, but nothing has arrived, yet all people ingame already have their bonus.

Does it arrive later as guestbuyer?

Has any money been withdrawn by now then?
If they havent taken your money yet, they wont give you the product, aka the code. With pre-oders they seem to wait to collect the payment (maybe right before release? I'm not sure about that, I never waited it out).
However, there is an option (at least when you're logged in through an account) to pay right away, which should trigger the email with the code being sent to you (or gives you an option to get thr code from a storepage directly).

If they've not taken your money, I'd look for an option to pay immidiatly.
If they've taken your money and you havent recived your code to get your bonus items and register early access, you should probably contact the support of the SE store (not FFXIV support, the store support!).

They’ll give you your preorder code without paying.

As for OP, you’ll need to contact support for the store itself. It’s run by a completely different company.
