So basically in skirmishes bosses and mobs sometimes die within 10 seconds, and then next time it takes like 2 minutes to kill them. It seems that there is an issue with the scaling and mobs not adjusting fast enough to new incoming players.

Example: 5 Players attack the skirmish boss and it has 100k HP. Then 20 new players join and it the HP doesnt go up and the boss dies in just a few seconds.
