Anyone else think that the bozja relics look lazy?

I'm not a fan of the dev team not giving an actual aura to the weapons. The faint glow feels cheap and I do agree that the primal craft weapons generally look more spectacular by comparison which is evidence of their shortcomings. Even the ones I like more than the rest, like for WAR, WHM, and GNB weapons, I feel could of been made to be far better with an actual aura effect instead of just a faint glow. (And, no, I do not think male Vieras are the reason for this. Using them as a scapegoat feels like trolling to me.)

I am more upset at myself for putting time into doing Bard and Ninja.

Especially enduring the non-sensical... pointless ... one-off stage of FATE grinding Yanxia and the Lochs, before discovering the only way i could tolerate the tedium of 30 Delebrum Reginae was to tank it on DRK every time.

I was on the fence about Bard's green aura only over the central piece of the ... what, Cello? on the last step, and thought 'Hopefully the final version will have some visual coherence''

I laughed, and laughed when I saw the final version. It looks like the kind of mish mash coloured knock off DUPLO blocks you'd play with as a kid, or while seriously munted on acid. "Yes, this looks like a great idea"

No, not really. someone busted open all the glow sticks, then decided to drink it. This is a visual mess. Even if dyeable.

Ninja? How do I go from what looked like a promising charged twin Auracite stakes to... something from A Link to the Past? 1991 called and wants its green Rupee dagger back.

They do look pretty bad...

Like, the RDM's effect is kinda cool, but the blade itself is really basic, but that wouldn't be the worst thing if it wasn't for that gigantic pommel. The WHM - which is one of the better ones - looks like it's straight out of the dollar store. The DNC one looks way too heavy, not very elegant on it's own, and has these things that look like they'd poke your eye out. This is just me commenting on a few of them..

The DNC weapon looks way better in-game imo, but my opinion on the others still stand.

I quite like them to be honest, I like the relatively clean designs and the effect makes them look special without being over the top.

I find most relics, most glowing weapons in general actually, to be a bit gaudy.

at first when i saw the dancer wep it looked so lame but when i got it the glow on it was hella nice... the data miners showed us a concept get the weps and see how they look on yea.
