Well, I can't speak for anybody else but I am not operating under the assumption that there is even an argument to 'win' given that these debates are based around entirely subjective elements.

They're matters to agree to disagree on. I come here because I find the setting and some of the characters within to be interesting. I like discussing the story 'as is' rather than get caught up in who is ultimately 'right' or 'wrong'.
