Wouldn't it be funny if the storyline was supposed to diverge based on whether a server sided with Anogg or Konogg but then everyone sided with Konogg so we literally just never got the whole story.
The dwarf twins are very obviously supposed to be an analog to Popola and Devola but honesty I have no clue what we're supposed to get from that. Also the Glagg plot point seems to be just dropped. As someone who did like the dwarf side of the plotline, this ending just feels like a weird disappointment.

MSQI thought Krile would've returned by now, but since she called I guess she is not in any kind of trouble, that was a bit of relief.
Forum sending Fourche to deny us help instead of sending a message did seem as a spectacle. Disowning his kids was a bit overboard, does he think now it will hurt less when they die out in the field? Don't envy him when he tells this to his wife though.
On the other hand, maybe he volunteered to deliver response so that he could drop us some hints about Forum's secrets...
Towers seem to be absorbing huge amounts of aether although summoned primals did not appear to be very strong. Still no solution how to protect people from tempering. Didn't allagan already solve this?
What happened to the moon? One second it is super bright, another - all orange... Perhaps something there is absorbing the light and it is not reflected anymore?
And who/what is the dreamer that Zenos will be making to dream more? Is it perhaps Zodiark? What is his dreaming doing? What was he dreaming up before?
Venat appeared at the Silvertear, maybe Midgardsormr was guarding her? She seemed to have viera hair.
Edit: Moon in the world is not orange...

Main Scenario
The fact that Sharlayan knows more and the feeling that we are being deliberatly ignored / misdirected / lied to by omission, is probably (my view) going to end up being one of the least interesting reveals in the expansion. It felt like the Shadowbringers release trailer where we were all going nuts about the Hydaelyn / Zodiark primals reveal from the end and Yoshida say effectively "eh, that's kind of a minor thing".
My 1.x self was impressed at just how many loose threads they do seem to want to tie up. I know, I know... we've heard them say that, but I'm not sure many people had a mention of the Ashcrown Consortium on their bingo cards, right?
Arenvald's condition felt (from my able-bodied and probably quite ill-informed view) like a good narrative use - show that there are consequences other than "alive" or "dead" to being a hero, or playing the hero, or just trying to do your damn best when looking out for your friends, or the people and things you believe in / hold dear. I was waiting and waiting to hear who Fordola was going to tick off for their limited view of heroics, but the setting gave it a rather warmer line than the juxtaposition in the trailer suggested, and I'm gload to see more nuance in that direction.
On the subject of lines from the trailer - I couldn't find Fandaniel's "Destroy them! Destroy them all!" in there at all, which is interesting? Unless it plays if you fluff parts of the fight in Cartenau?
Lastly, Venat (I know we shouldn't go giving a name to an unnamed and ambigious character, but I think we're safely in Gaiushunter territory, here). Nothing in this plot has been done accidentally (or, at least, nothing they haven't been able to ascribe significance to later), and her appearence alongside the Keeper of the Lake / close to the presence beneath Silvertear makes me want to New Game+ an absolulte kupotonze of raids. While we're talking dreamers, I know everyone is thinking of Zenos's 5.2 dreams, but could I mention Elidibus explicitly mentions seeing our fight with Emet in a dream? First he mentions it as a dream during our Crystarium talk, then he mentions it again to G'raha and Beq Lugg as an "incidental vision". I concluded dreams was just his version of the "Echo" like Emet's is soul sight and harnessing the power of the dead. I find it weird I've never seen anyone mention this, though it might just be because nobody cares; is this not in the English text? Is it in German and/or Japanese?(6)

Wait, since we're one Grand Company now, is this Square Enix's way of saying we're not ever getting any more Grand Company content?
I've been hoping for my Grand Company content for a long time now. I'm a proud Immortal Flame! I really hope that this doesn't mean "no more Grand Company content!". Grand Companies are so neglected.
It's interesting that there are so many different takes on what the "Dreamer" Fandaniel talks to Zenos about. At first I had assumed that it was talking about Zenos and his dreams about the downfall of Amaurot, but given what people are saying about the translation, that no longer seems to be the case.
Strange that German talks about wrath and fury. When Zenos doesn't seem the least bit angry to me. Just callous and sadistic. Anger is a response to a perceived injustice. What sense of justice does Zenos feel? Zenos is a cold manipulator. He gets joy out of killing and challenge.
This Dreamer seems like one of the few extra things and hints we've gotten in this Patch. And yet it doesn't tell us much at all. Zenos? Anima? Zodiark? Your guess it as good as mine, I'm afraid.(1)❤️Hydaelyn is precious Crystal Mommy!

On "the dreamer" (MSQ):
A living being, willingly trapped in an endless dream in order to generate significant amounts of energy and sustain some kind of magical construct... Wait a sec, that's beginning to sound a lot like a Fayth. They did already show us Anima...
FFX featured Kazushige Nojima at his most blatantly philosophical, and I still turn over its themes in my head every now and again. (To the chagrin of many, here and elsewhere.) Natsuko Ishikawa is, by her own admission, not a very philosophical writer, but Shadowbringers already touched on similar themes with Aumarot and the summoning of Zodiark. I can't help but wonder if she's been feeling a bit of FFX influence lately, and if we'll be getting a lot more of that in Endwalker.(11)あっきれた。

Couple of possibilities. Zodiark seems likely. Zenos himself, though the speech flows weirdly, even for Fandaniel, if so. I might also consider "Fandaniel's ???" that Ishikawa referred to in the fanfest. Or even Lahabrea, who seems to only be mostly dead? Fun Longshot: Fandaniel means the WoL themself, somehow referring to the echo - any chance in the French/German the pronoun is feminine for a female WoL player?
The Lady
It's almost certainly Venat - SE has a long, long history of the obvious answer being the correct one. If not her, Hydaelyn herself, in some form. The other decent possibility I can think of is one of The Twelve, given the upcoming raid. (Of course, she could STILL also be Venat and/or Hydealyn.) Most likely Menphina - given that the pre-order gave us her earring, and she's related to The Moon.

So happy for Alphinaud that has dream has finally come true. His character has come very far and I'm looking forward to see where his development culminates in Endwalker. This patch ahs very much made it feel like he'll be a big focus in the EW MSQ.

The twins' mom's name is definitely new: Ameliance. Not going to lie, all this time I had assumed she was dead.
I expected Fourchenault to force the twins to come home, not to disown them. My jaw actually dropped.
Playing as everyone in this duty was hype. I wonder if that aether confluence beneath Carteneau is why it was chosen to be where Dalamud fell? Like if it would have destroyed the same things Fandaniel was trying to destroy. Hope we learn more in the future.
Can DRG get that badass shadow clone Stardiver that Estinien used?
Fandaniel calling that tower the "gateway to the gods" tells me it's going to be how we access the moon. Wouldn't be surprised if it's called either the Tower of Zot or Tower of Babil.
Venat is pretty.
This is going to be a looooong six months. In the meantime, it's off to Bozja!(7)

I am really wondering about whoever they are adressing, especially the sentence Fandaniel is saying afterwards, while he is looking up at the tower. It sounds like whatever he is trying to ressurect/awaken has the same perspective as him aka wanting to see the world be destroyed. He can't be adressing Zodiark, simply for the fact that Zodiark was summoned for the salvation of the star not the destruction.
