On "the dreamer" (MSQ):

A living being, willingly trapped in an endless dream in order to generate significant amounts of energy and sustain some kind of magical construct... Wait a sec, that's beginning to sound a lot like a Fayth. They did already show us Anima...

FFX featured Kazushige Nojima at his most blatantly philosophical, and I still turn over its themes in my head every now and again. (To the chagrin of many, here and elsewhere.) Natsuko Ishikawa is, by her own admission, not a very philosophical writer, but Shadowbringers already touched on similar themes with Aumarot and the summoning of Zodiark. I can't help but wonder if she's been feeling a bit of FFX influence lately, and if we'll be getting a lot more of that in Endwalker.

the "dreamlike" Kingdom of Zeal looking area we were shown belongs to the Dreamer?

Couple of possibilities. Zodiark seems likely. Zenos himself, though the speech flows weirdly, even for Fandaniel, if so. I might also consider "Fandaniel's ???" that Ishikawa referred to in the fanfest. Or even Lahabrea, who seems to only be mostly dead? Fun Longshot: Fandaniel means the WoL themself, somehow referring to the echo - any chance in the French/German the pronoun is feminine for a female WoL player?

I'm playing a female WoL but it does not change in language :/
I am really wondering about whoever they are adressing, especially the sentence Fandaniel is saying afterwards, while he is looking up at the tower. It sounds like whatever he is trying to ressurect/awaken has the same perspective as him aka wanting to see the world be destroyed. He can't be adressing Zodiark, simply for the fact that Zodiark was summoned for the salvation of the star not the destruction. Is he perhaps trying to awaken the sound that drove everyone crazy in the past? Not too sure but I doubt its zodiark.

Ok, so one quick question to those who finished the Yorha quest line

Those stats, were they all 65-70 Konogg, 30-35 Anogg for everyone else? The fact that they were so consistent over every data center and server is super weird to me.

Longshot, conspiratorial thought, but aren’t the creatures formed by the Sound described as nightmares at different points? Or at least born from their nightmares (can’t find the specific quotes atm)?
