This. I think what many ppl don't realize is that even though SE is a multi-million dollar company, their resources are not infinite and while XIV is a profitable game, there are a lot of other, more important, pieces of this game as well as other games they need to put not only money but also development toward.

Is it crappy that they cannot deliver more hair styles? yes. Is it the end of the world that is costing them subs? Maybe a handful, but not likely even a remotely noticeable amount. They likely had to make a choice, and they chose to appease the ppl who have the 2 year old, thousands of replies long thread about wanting male viera over those who just want new hair. And they chose reasonably.

True. Female Viera wasnt even finished when released and same for Hrothgar. From the start more time was needed.
Male viera just took away ressources and delayed female Hrothgar (and maybe female Viera hair too). female Hrothgar will do the same (if not already) or Viera hair will cause a delay for female Hrothgar.
Even if female viera get more haircuts in endwalker, the males might be next to suffer 2 years. And Hrothgar got it way worse than female viera and male viera too.

I never really understood why they made viera hair like they did, but I don't see how they are being greedy at this point, not like they get more money out of it. People who don't like that they don't get hairstyles and hats as Viera/Hrothgar have already changed to other races and those who don't care enough to change aren't gonna change.

There's no point in height slider discussion after benchmark comes out, it's a "hard" feature.
Hairstyles are add-ons to the game, they're continuous.
