Apparently that missunderstanding wasnt cleared up in the earlier posts. Proto Ultima appearing in Dun Scaith is completly unrelated to anyone (or you yourself) having "Unidentified Flying Object" active or completed. It replaced the Succubus. Period. There is no way to experience Dun Scaith like it used to be (not that you missed all that much).
How do you even think that would work? Would the Succubus appear for anyone who hasnt completed the quest and for anyone else it would look like Proto Ultima? Would you just be stuck in DF (or even PF for that matter), looking for people who havent done the quest aswell to get 24 (not 28 like you claimed in your first post) people together for a run in which the Succubus appears?

There is no way of seeing her - except old screenshots/videos people took at that time. Shes no longer in the raid, Proto Ultima quest or not.
