Starting the Game as a DD is a horrible experience

So i decided to make a Twink yesterday and decided to start as a Lancer. Today i finaly reached the point where i have to do the first Dungeon and i already losing my motivation and thinking about starting over as a Tank or Heal Class. Right now im already 30 Minutes in the que for Sastasha.

This feels like a sick joke, someone could assume that a big and old game like this have some priority mechanics to help new chars getting fast through the Main Story and there first dungeons. But i guess this isnt the case for whatever reason.

Having recently leveled a new alt on rogue, I can't corroborate this. My queue lasted no longer than 8ish minutes for sastasha NM. Do you play in or around the prime time of your data center?

Dont know, im playinig right now, so i guess its primetime since its weekend. My Datacenter is Chaos on EU.

There are various reason why i decidet to make an alt. One was to have a char that looks different and a second to have more retainers for addional space and missions.

On US servers I've found that mid-afternoon on the weekends it's pretty dead. OTOH 30 min. sounds excessive. How are your language settings?

I have checked every Language availible, lets see if this was just bad luck or still happens with the other dungeons.

That's probably the best plan. Let's get a few more data points before we draw any conclusions.
If there is a problem we should probably get it heavily documented so we can bring it before SE.

When you posted this, right now = 3am at best if you were in the UK, 4 and 5 am for most of Europe.
4 and 5 am is absolutely not prime time lol.

Since gear doesn't matter for PvP, not sure what you'd be twinking either way. Just play what you enjoy.

30m is definitely not the norm. For MSQ dungeons even for DPS queues it should never be taking longer than 20 minutes. Usually no longer than 10~15.
