    Hi I'm from India too also having the same problem it didnt happen untill today i play on steam tried everything reinstalled the game many times, after sometime i thought it may be the isp is the culprit i use jio, then i unpluged my ethernet and connected my phone to my pc and turn Usb tethering on my mobile
    and mobile internet "bsnl" and launched ffxiv logged in, stay connected to mobile internet untill the title screen comes then disconnect and play using ur main internet.Not a permanent fix hope SE will fix this problem.
