So i did some thinking, and i got few thoughts,
A real pirate job (not rlly evil but ya) using twin pistols or a scimtar with off hand pistol..
Second, id like a duel wielding berserker (twin axes)
Maybe even an assassin using claw combat.

Maybe a Warlock like job class loosely based off of Golbez from FFIV.
With his dragons being treated as temporary summons like Demi-Bahamut/Phoenix or Reapers Shinigami.
Could be included as either the first armor wearing caster or the first magical tank.
For weapon(s), maybe a mace or the beads that wrap around Golbez's wrists in FFIV After Years.
Magic could function by using both the dragon(s) and weapons to generate magical energy the more physical attacks land and then release big and powerful dark magical attacks.

How about a evil politican class that drives its victims with his words into insanity and makes them losing their will to live?
Omnyo based class could be an alternative.
Played so much Nioh to see how interesting they can work, for evil or for good.
Summoning, buffs and more.
Another would be the opposite of conjure and be a sort of Shaman that draws the negative energy of land who would be more focused on dots and being a sort of caster ninja with diet trick attack.
Just random thoughts anyway, making "neutral" classes can be rough depending on the world building, Reaper will have some explaining to do for that for example
Always laughed at the idea of being an "Evil" Warrior of Light, you can be "Edgy" without being a try hard.
That being said a darker themed job addition i feel would have to be healer, mainly due to me enjoying the idea of an all dark party of Edge lords (since Blue Mage was wasted & not given a Tank placement, destroying the dream of all Mage dungeon parties) ruining a dungeon.
Dark Knight
Reaper
Black Mage
???
I posit that a Mystic, Oracle, or even something original, in this instance an example i would like to use is Nahualli ( think druid, but of a pre-Columbian shaman - Mesoamerican theme).
https://nahuatl.uoregon.edu/content/nahualli
For a weapon, possibly a small knife for blood letting or talisman for shape changing to different forms for more focused (Owl aspects = Healing - Jaguar aspects =
DPS)
or
Maybe a Mystic that shares themes with Lulu & uses a doll for weapons. Even if she is a Black Mage, her look has a feral/ wild aspect to her to accommodate an edgier/ darker thematic presence.
