Even when some players do silly or less-than optimal things, it's not an excuse for anyone to lose it. They will get a timeout, and if they have made a habit of this, the timeouts do get longer each time.

When people feel anger at other players they have four allowed actions, bite their tongue and know that in those 8 mans, it's overlevelled content for most people, and it really doesn't matter... votekick... explain constructively that titan isn't really going to save other people in that fight and that the DPS is far more important... and leaving themselves.

Yeah totally. I get it. It can be frustrating seeing people not doing rotations even remotely right or not understanding their job. I've been there, and I've been told off for it in much more amicable terms lol. I just can't figure out how he saw me pull out titan after the wipe (which was due to sprouts not knowing about the ghana mechanic, which was explained to them after) but didn't see me using ifrit the whole time prior. Like he chose that moment specifically to land on me with "Why is there a f*cking titan egi out", and then ranting like I was somehow specifically responsible for not killing enough adds. And he was dps too. We were in it together. Idk. I'm still gonna use titan if I'm at risk of death, as usual, because I'd rather at least try not to die. But I'll be much, much more wary from now on.

Nah, don't be wary. His raging was on him as you show you know. Don;t bite back, roll your eyes, report as you did and let the GMs deal with it, they are very good at this one thing.
