ffxiv fatal directx error 11000002 please help!

Hi I've been having this issue for weeks now with fatal directx error 11000002.
What ive tried so far is reinstalling ff14, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, underclocking my GPU, limiting fps for AMD and unlimiting fps in game, checking files in steam. Im not sure on what i can do now, please help me DX

    Try this to see if it makes a difference for you;
Disable the steam overlay. Do this by right clicking on FF14 in your Steam Library, Properties then the first checkbox being "Enable the steam overlay" - uncheck it.
Then, navigate to whatever your drive is and find the FF14 folder: Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn/game
There should be two application files you can launch FF14 from (One being "ffxiv" and the other "ffxiv_dx11") right click on each one, properties, the compatibility tab, then at the very bottom should be a checkbox to disable full-screen optimizations. Check it on to disable them. Do this for both app files.

This weird crashing and "11000002" seems to be an issue people have been having since a newer patch and is springing up from out of nowhere, for some people there isn't a fix but for me I did the instructions above and it seems to have fixed it for some strange reason. I hope they address the issue properly though.

    Hi
I was getting this a lot but so far I have had 46 hours of no crashes by turning off my 2nd monitor during play and running in full screen mode.

Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

    Error update

So after turning my 2nd monitor off and running it full screen I have not had a single DX 11000002 error in 140 hours of game play. Before I was getting at least one crash every 5 hours (once per evening). It looks like I fixed the issue myself.

To recap I am also running as the following spec - even though I got crashes with the below config. - Turning my 2nd monitor off really made the difference.

    Running no extra gfx mods
    Nvidia drivers v466.27
    Windows 10 build 20H2 (19042.985)
    1440p resolution on a gsync 144Hz monitor
    Gsync turned on
Steam and discord and nvidia overlays disabled

    Hardware Specs
    RTX 3090
    32GB DDR4 RAM
    Ryzen 9 5950x
